02Are tours free, and can I bring family?+
Tours are free and carry no obligation whatsoever. Bring anyone involved in the decision. In our experience the families who bring three or four people ask the best questions, and we would rather answer them all at once than one at a time over a fortnight.
03Can I tour more than one home before deciding?+
Yes, and we would encourage it if you are unsure. We will arrange tours at whichever homes make sense and help you compare them honestly, including telling you when another one of ours is the better fit than the one you first called about.
04What if we need a placement very quickly?+
We handle urgent and emergency placements regularly, often straight from a hospital discharge. Call us directly and we will walk you through the fastest route based on what is actually open and what level of care your loved one needs.
05What does it cost, and what is included?+
Rates run from $4,500 to $7,500 a month depending on the home and the level of care. That is all-inclusive: 24/7 awake caregivers, all meals, medication management, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, activities, utilities and WiFi. No add-on fees. We work with private pay, long-term care insurance and VA Aid & Attendance.
06Do you really offer a 30-day guarantee?+
We do. If you are not fully satisfied within the first 30 days, tell us and we will work to put it right. If we cannot, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month. Very few residential care homes in Southern California will put that in writing.
