Our Menifee home on Agate Street

Our Menifee location at 33391 Agate Street sits in a quiet single-family neighbourhood in the 92584 zip code, a short drive from Menifee Global Medical Center, the shops along Newport Road and the I-215. It is our newest home, which means that for once there are rooms available from day one rather than a waitlist.

With only 6 residents, this home offers something large assisted living facilities simply cannot: genuine individual attention. Our 1:3 caregiver ratio means your loved one is never lost in a sea of residents. Caregivers know names, preferences, medication schedules and family dynamics. They do not just assist. They connect.

The house has a bright, open living space, a private backyard for outdoor time, comfortable private and semi-private rooms, and a full kitchen where home-cooked meals are prepared fresh every day. It has been fitted out for seniors throughout: grab bars, zero-step entries, seated showers and wide doorways.

Overseen by Executive Director Ricardo Garcia and Medical Director Dr. Jeremy V. Gomer, MD, every resident benefits from both compassionate personal care and informed medical oversight.

Families consistently tell us it feels like walking into a home rather than a facility, because it is one.

Why Menifee families choose a residential home

Families comparing care across Menifee, Sun City and Winchester increasingly land on the small-home model. These are the reasons they give us.

Truly personal careWith only 6 residents, caregivers know your loved one as an individual: their routines, preferences and personality, not a room number.
Faster response timeOur 1:3 ratio means help arrives in seconds, not minutes. In large facilities, call buttons can go unanswered for 20+ minutes.
A real home environmentResidential homes reduce anxiety and confusion for dementia patients. Familiar, calm settings improve quality of life.
Home-cooked meals dailyFresh, nutritious meals prepared in-home, not institutional food from a central kitchen serving hundreds of residents.
A family-like communitySmall group living builds real friendships between residents and bonds with caregivers that feel like extended family.
One home, all the way throughFrom assisted living to memory care to hospice support, the care changes around your loved one so they never move again.

We believe families deserve honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. The all-inclusive rate runs from $4,500 to $6,000 a month depending on the level of care, and it covers everything listed above.

What determines the final rate

Where you land in the $4,500 to $6,000 range depends on your loved one’s level of care needs, room type (private or semi-private), and any specialised services required. Our team conducts a free needs assessment before providing a firm quote. Most families are surprised by how affordable personalised residential care is compared with the cost of a large assisted living facility.

We are confident enough in our care to guarantee it. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, we will work with you to make it right or provide a prorated refund. No questions, no pressure.

What Angel’s Haven families say

5.0
★★★★★

Based on 17 family reviews across Angel’s Haven Care.

★★★★★
After touring several large facilities, we knew this was different the moment we walked in. My mother has dementia and was so anxious in those big places. At Angel’s Haven she was calm within days. The caregivers know her name, her favourite songs, her whole life story. We can’t say enough good things.
Ariadna Cardenas · Daughter of a resident
★★★★★
My father was on hospice when we moved him to Angel’s Haven. We were terrified he’d have to keep moving. He spent his final weeks in a real home, with real care, surrounded by people who genuinely loved him. We are forever grateful to Ricardo and the entire team.

★★★★★
We placed my grandmother here after she fell at home. The 1:3 ratio is not just marketing, there is always someone right there with her. She’s healthier, happier, and more social than she’s been in years. The home-cooked food is amazing. She calls it her new favourite restaurant.

Questions Menifee families ask

01Is there availability at the Menifee home right now?+
The Menifee home is our newest, so for the moment there are rooms open rather than a waitlist. There are only ever 6 beds, and they fill quickly. Call (951) 900-4326 or submit the form on this page to check what is open today and to hold a room while you tour.
02How does Angel’s Haven compare to other assisted living in Menifee?+
Menifee and neighbouring Sun City have several large assisted living communities, but none offer the 1:3 caregiver ratio and true residential setting we provide. Large facilities may house 80 to 200 residents with much higher caregiver-to-resident ratios. Our 6-bed model means your loved one is never just a number, and we are significantly more affordable than many premium large facilities in the area.
03Do you accept residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia?+
Yes. Memory and dementia care is one of our specialities. Many of our residents have Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia or mild cognitive impairment. Our small, calm home is actually ideal for dementia care because it reduces the overstimulation and confusion that institutional settings can cause, and our caregivers are specifically trained in dementia care techniques.
04Which hospitals near Menifee do you coordinate with?+
We coordinate care with Menifee Global Medical Center, Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar and Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta. We also work with specialist physician offices along Newport Road and Antelope Road, and our team manages transport coordination for appointments.
05What is the 30-day satisfaction guarantee?+
We stand behind the quality of our care completely. If within the first 30 days you are not fully satisfied with the care your loved one is receiving, contact us. We will work to address any concerns and make things right. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month. We are one of the only residential care homes in the Menifee area to offer this.
06Can I visit my loved one at any time?+
Absolutely. We have a fully open-door visitation policy, so you can visit any time of day or evening. Many families in the Menifee, Sun City and Winchester area visit several times a week. We also provide regular photo updates and phone check-ins so you always know how your loved one is doing. This home is their home, and it is yours to visit whenever you like.
