Residential home vs. a big facility?
A residential care home serves a maximum of 6–8 residents in an actual house, with a far higher caregiver-to-resident ratio. Large facilities often house 80–200 residents with much less individual attention.
What does the monthly rate include?
Everything, room, all meals, 24/7 staffing, medication management, RN oversight, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and care coordination. No surprise upcharges.
Are you licensed in California?
Yes. Every home is a licensed RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly), operating under full state regulation with MD and RN oversight.
What if we need memory care or hospice later?
Most residents age in place with us. We provide specialized memory care and partner with hospice providers, so your loved one rarely has to move again.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If the home isn't the right fit within the first 30 days, we'll work to make it right, including a full refund. We want families fully confident in their choice.
How soon can my loved one move in?
It depends on openings at your preferred location. Some homes have immediate availability; others have a short waitlist. Call and we'll find the closest fit.
